Just as yesterday, I was woken up by my Mum calling me to wake up. This
Chancellor Inn Scamander, where we slept, was a bit dirty and less comfortable
then the Launceston International Hotel where we slept on the first day.
We
dressed quickly and went to the dining hall and ate breakfast. But there were NO
baked beans, which is one of my favourite breakfast menus!
Anyway we hopped onto
the bus for the ride to Freycinet National Park. Riding on the bus was pretty
boring as usual. Freycinet National Park is located on the peninsula so when we
were going to Port Arthur, which is way down the South East coast, we had to go
round. Simply, we had to backtrack on the road we went over before.
Anyway, we
arrived at the entrance of Freycinet National Park. It was beautiful. Lots of
beautiful cliffs, waves and beautiful sea! We went into the tourist center.
Again, our Heelys was were the main tourist attraction. You know, ride around
everywhere and people watch us¡¦ We were setting off for the tour.

We went down
to the bus(it was waiting just down the stairs.) and had a morning tea. We had a
lamington (a chocolate cake topped with coconut) and cocoa.

Then we took a bus
to go to the lighthouse. We had to walk up few meters before reaching it. We
walked up and saw two islands made out of solid rock.

When we looked just beyond
them, there is New Zealand. We can¡¯t see it but it is true. When we swim right
up to the northeast just beyond that island (actually, they are big rocks.) we
are level with Christchurch in New Zealand.

The funny thing is, one Chinese man
heard this and said ¡®is those small rocks are New Zealand?¡¯ Man that was funny!
And there are seals sometimes and they often climb up the rock. We went up some
more and came down.

I had an argument with mum because of my being bored, but
soon it settled down. After that, I didn¡¯t play gameboy much and watched the
view.

We left Freycinet National Park and headed to Port Arthur.
It was a long
and boring trip to Port Arthur. I looked at beautiful outside view rather then
playing gameboy.

Before going to the hotel, we went to Some kind of collections.
There was old Tasmanian people(not Aboriginal)'s stuff's collection. There was
old people's working machine, home stuffs like piano and worker's uniforms. We
took some photos too. It was like we were in the museum! And Paul played old
piano and it sounded like... a bit weird. I think it was broken. Paul played The
Entertainer and people was very impressed. Then, we went to dining room and had
some tea. And I bought a wooden flute.

It was better then Chancellor Inn
Scamander and it was looked like the hotel where we slept in Philippines. When
we went into the room, it WAS better then Chancellor Inn Scamander. We were
tired so we lied in bed. Speaking of the beds, there were only 2 beds so we had
to get another one by calling the lobby desk. When we turned on the TV, there
was Monster INC on show.
But we had to go and have a dinner. When we went to
there I ordered roast beef and Paul ordered Chicken. It was both yummy!
Then we
went to our room. Speaking of Devil! There was Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
again! So we watched Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and went to bed.
